Executive Retainers

This is ongoing partnership for women carrying long-term complexity. You don’t have to re-explain the context every time… we build continuity and trust. I’m there as a steady, strategic sounding board as situations evolve, pressure shifts, and new demands emerge. The work centers on pacing, boundary-setting, decision authority, and staying grounded while responsibility stays high. Duration: 12+ months

Executive Intensives

Intensives create focused time to step back, see the full picture, and make deliberate choices about what comes next… without dragging the process out or staying stuck in your head.
