Can Madamn come to work with me?

Yes! Madamn is practical leadership, created to tackle the realities women face at work- bias, burnout, invisibility, and midlife curveballs like menopause or caregiving- that often derail careers at their peak. We don’t sugarcoat it, and we don’t hand out cookie-cutter advice to “just lean in harder.” Instead, Madamn delivers bold, reality-based, research-backed tools to help women flip the script, own their voice, and lead with confidence.

For organizations, Madamn means stronger retention, better performance, and leadership cultures that reflect today’s workforce. For women, it means the clarity, strategies, and confidence to rise and thrive.

Burnout like this isn’t failure. It’s information.

I work with women leaders who are ready to stop absorbing structural strain and start leading with clarity, influence, and intention… without losing themselves in the process. Working with me is candid, practical work that helps you think clearly, name what’s yours to work on, and make decisions you trust.

What I see over and over are midlife women at the height of their experience being quietly pushed to the margins. Career responsibility peaks just as caregiving demands and health transitions like menopause intensify… often alongside ageism and sexism that go unnamed. Without real support, too many women feel forced to scale back or step away, taking decades of hard-earned judgment and leadership with them.

Why is this important?

Women face unique challenges in the workplace: they’re less likely to be promoted despite strong performance, more likely to have their ideas overlooked, and often carry the double load of work and life responsibilities. On top of that, midlife transitions like menopause or care-giving can hit right at the peak of a woman’s career. Few workplaces acknowledge the obstacles and too many talented women step back or burn out.

Madamn sessions tackle these realities head-on. From reframing imposter syndrome into an advantage, to addressing the impact of menopause on performance, to building presence in rooms where women are too often overlooked- each session is designed to be practical, bold, and actionable. While geared toward women, the lessons benefit everyone- helping create more constructive, inclusive environments where all leaders can thrive.

These sessions help organizations...

This is talent strategy. Not a wellness perk.

What are some sessions offered?

Here are a few of the workplace sessions offered by Madamn. This is not an exhaustive list, and we can work with you to design sessions that meet your company’s needs now & in the future.

Visibility Without Apology

Too often, women feel like they’re fading into the background- talked over in meetings, passed over for recognition, or hesitant to claim space. This session helps all participants recognize when it’s happening, allowing those impacted to break free of that “invisibility cloak” and step unapologetically into visibility. Through practical approaches and real conversations, participants learn how to share ideas with confidence, tips to develop a presence, and to create an environment where everyone is seen & valued.

Flip the Script: Turning Imposter Syndrome Into a Secret Weapon

Nearly 75% of female executives have experienced imposter syndrome in their careers and 84% of women in the general workforce. Imposter syndrome often fuels burnout, lowers job satisfaction, and drags down organizational performance. But what if it isn’t a weakness at all? This session reframes self-doubt into a hidden strength- fuel for adaptability, creativity, and innovation. Leaders will learn how the outsider perspective imposter feelings create can be a superpower to spot blind spots, bring fresh insights, and accelerate growth.

Gendered Realities: Leading in Context

Women over 40 are often the most experienced, resilient, and strategically important talent pool companies have, yet they’re consistently undervalued due to age and gender bias. Gender dynamics shape leadership contexts in subtle yet powerful ways. This session moves beyond stereotypes to examine the unique value women bring to the workplace and how bias and perception play out in unproductive ways.

Menopause in the Workplace: The Leadership Conversation Nobody’s Having

More than 1 in 10 U.S. workers is a woman over 55, and menopause has a direct impact on performance, visibility, and career paths. Menopause isn’t just a “personal problem,” it’s a leadership and workplace issue with real costs. There’s an estimated $1.8 billion in lost productivity every year in the U.S. from menopause related symptoms. This session pulls back the curtain on how menopause impacts visibility, decision-making, and career paths.
